Families in Care (FIC) provides a unique and independent support, advocacy and counselling service to birth parents involved with Child Protection Services. Established by a group of parents, FIC has been a registered charity for over 30 years and is recognised as a specialist organisation by child care professionals across Tyneside, as well as nationwide.

     We are a Team of passionate people working together to support some of the most vulnerable and isolated members of our society. All members of our team have necessary knowledge and an extensive experience in the child protection field and are driven by  common values of compassion and kindness.
